Return Policy

  1. At Pradip Enterprises (EA) Limited, we ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. We have process controls that ensure the products delivered are of high quality.
  2. We will provide a credit note/full refund based on the conditions listed below: –
    • Product(s) received were defective, rancid, or expired.
    • Product(s) lost or damaged during transit.
    • The customer opts to return a product in perfect, saleable condition.
  3. Customers, not fully satisfied with their purchase due to any of the above, can return the
    products within 7 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, customers must follow
    the procedures outlined below and contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. We recommend that customers inspect their orders as soon as possible, upon delivery. We do
    not accept returned products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Pradip
    Enterprises (EA) Limited accepts a return request resulting from a change of mind by the
    customer, for orders delivered. Should you wish to return the product, it MUST be in the original
    packaging and in an unused state.

a. Customer has had a change of mind on the product.

    • Contact Pradip Enterprises (EA) Limited within 24 hours of receiving the products
      to begin the return process.
    • Provide proof of purchase or delivery.
    • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original product packaging.

b. Product is defective, damaged, rancid and/or expired.

    • Contact Pradip Enterprises (EA) Limited within 24 hours of receiving the products
      to begin the return process
    • Provide proof of purchase or delivery.
    • Provide photographs of damages, defects, or expiration date.
    • Provide a written description of why the product is unusable.
  1. Customers have 7 days to return products from the date of purchase or receipt; but must
    contact customer service within 24 hours to ensure the correct procedures have been followed
    to process the return/refund. Customers should retain their store or email receipts to prove
    the date of purchase or delivery.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
  3. Pradip Enterprises (EA) Limited maintains the rights to examine whether the products returned
    are defective, damaged, rancid or expired. After thorough inspections and verifications, we will
    either replace or issue credit note for the product.
