𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺


𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿! (𝗕𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁)
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
6 to 8 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla essence
Your choice of PEL’s gel food colouring.

In an electric mixer bowl, beat the butter until it is smooth and creamy. Push it into a low speed and slowly add in the 6 cups of sugar, milk, and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy.
If necessary, gradually add remaining 2 cups sugar to reach your desired consistency.
We recommend splitting your batches into different bowls depending on the number of colors you are using. Make sure to use tiny amounts of PEL’s vibrant food colour gels as a little goes a long way! We recommend using a toothpick to add color and a spatula to gentle disburse it into your fluffy frosting.
